A daily maximum of review cards - i.e. 50
Limit the number of daily review cards to a more manageable numbe. Perhaps 50?

This is already possible. You can change the number in the settings

You can't have more than 50. That is nuts. It used to be ok as you could have as many rounds of 50 as you liked, now though it's limited.
Let people set their limit & choose whether they want a new round or not.
A great app is now not fit for ourpose
