[App] Dialogs: please extend the functionality

  1. allow to slow down speech
  2. add a ‘single step mode’. Here the user can:
  3. hear the actual station as often as he wants
  4. tip on the written words of the dialogue, to toggle the language. (This would be a really great help!)
  5. add a backspace- and forward button to rehear the former station and to move freely within this dialogue

    - BACKWARD and FORWARD buttons
    - REPEAT features: one, all, random. If possible, not only for dialogues.
    - AUDIO for English as well (I am learning Spanish)
